Mutton Leg bone Soup/Aatukaal Elumbu Soup

This soup is my mom’s recipe. Mutton leg bone soup contains lot of calcium. Calcium is essential for bones and teeth. This soup is good for the people who suffer from knee joint pain.  I was suffering from knee joint pain and my mom recommended this soup.  I had this soup weekly once for 3 months and now I feel much better. Apple and Wheat flour Halwa/Indian Sweet





Apple and wheat flour halwa is not only a delicious sweet but also a healthier sweet.  Good for kids who doesn’t like apple. In this recipe, I avoided cashews because my kids don’t like the crunchy bite in between.


Pasta with fruits for Kids/Toddlers






This is simple and lovely pasta recipe for kids. Definitely they would love this pasta that too when served with their favourite fruits. Generally banana goes well with pasta but you can add your kid’s favourite fruits. I have added apple, banana and grapes.
